Yoga with Ashley
Hello, my name is Ashley. I have been teaching yoga since May 2023 and have had my own personal yoga and meditation practice for nine years. Initially, I turned to yoga and meditation to manage stress, anxiety, and depression, but soon realised it offered so much more.
I offer a uniquely holistic and empathetic approach to yoga, enriched by my comprehensive training in Hatha, Raja, Bhakti, and Jnana yoga from the Conscious Yoga Academy in Karpathos, Greece. Additionally, I have recently completed a 40-hour Yin Yoga training with Norman Blair.
My classes are designed to alleviate anxiety and stress while addressing the physical impacts of sedentary lifestyles. By fostering spiritual growth and personal well-being, I strive to create a nurturing sanctuary where students can open their bodies, calm their minds, and rejuvenate their spirits.
