Havayah is a dedicated and newly qualified yoga teacher dedicated to fostering mind-body-heart connections through meditative principles and slow flow asana. Drawn to meditation's calming effects from a young age, her lifelong journey in yoga and mindfulness seeks balance and peace.
After completing her training, she developed a teaching style focused on gentle, intentional movements to promote inner awareness. In her inclusive classes, Havayah emphasises mindful movement and heart-centered practice to help students achieve their full potential.
