Yoga with Leigh
I came to yoga like many others through personal emotional issues, using it as a tool to get physically healthier and then it lead me down a rabbit hole. My yoga and meditation practice has given me an inner sense of calmness, strength, focus. This has helped me with my personal confidence, and lack of self belief, which has been a lifetime issue.I decided to do my 200hr training to help me progress into deeper understanding of yoga and it's philosophy, and to share my belief in how life changing yoga can be for each of us, So in 2018 I trained with The Yoga People in Ashtanga Vinyasa and Rocket,
I have since done my level 1 Yin Yoga (bliss) and Merridan massage foundation with The Wellbeing Yoga School, and currently spending more time doing Mysore Ashtanga with Embodied Yoga and Dance.I have a chilled and relaxed style of teaching, allowing you to feel comfortable with what ever your level is, but helping you to explore what your body is capable of, using a strong vinyasa practice!I am also a reiki level two practitioner and love channelling the peaceful healing energy into Savasana, helping us to really let go and relax. I truly love yoga and deep feelings of joy and gratitude and genuine unconditional love it brings.
